A private chef

Our partner chef has cooked in the valley for many years. He does the shopping, cooks homemade seasonal food from Savoie produce at the chalet, serves at your table and leaves the kitchen clean.

Tell us the evening and how many you will be. Within 24 hours we send you the full menu and a quote, with one payment link for the chef and any bottles you ordered. Your dinner is booked once paid.

La Cave du Chalet

Ten wines chosen one by one by your hosts, for their stories as much as for their terroirs. A Tour de France from Savoie to Champagne.

Order at least 48 hours ahead. Your bottles leave the main cellar and are ready to collect, at the right temperature, from the service cellar in the basement laundry room.

In the basement laundry room: one cool zone for whites and champagnes, one tempered zone for reds. Open reds about thirty minutes before dinner, ideally in a carafe.
